Stephen and Jenilee Samuel
Free Life Ministries was founded by Stephen and Jenilee Samuel in November of 2009. Free Life is driven by a vision to equip and motivate believers to take the powerful gospel of Jesus Christ to the nations. Our passion is to see the captive set free by the truth of God’s word.
Stephen was born in Chennai, India, and came to Texas with his family in 1983. From a young age, Stephen has known the calling of God on his life and has desired to work as a missionary. He began preaching outside of the United States at the age of seventeen. Stephen has also served as a youth pastor in southeast Texas since 1996. With his ordination into the ministry (1998) and a bachelor’s degree from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX (2002), Stephen now serves with his wife and family at Freedom Christian Fellowship as an associate pastor and the missions director. Stephen and Jenilee also have been working with the youth and college students of their community since 2005.
Jenilee was born in Kentucky and raised as a missionary kid. She was eagerly involved in ministry, locally and internationally, throughout high school and college. Jenilee graduated from Teen Mania’s Honor Academy, during which the Lord began to burn in her heart a passion to see the body of Christ walk in a fresh and renewed intimacy with Jesus.
Stephen and Jenilee were married 2005. Today they work in the student ministry of Freedom Christian Fellowship and take mission teams throughout the world to equip growing churches and ministries.
Michael and Erin Dorsett
Michael and Erin Dorsett joined Free Life Ministries in February 2010. They share the vision to bring the Gospel to the United States and abroad. Michael and Erin have been married for seven years and have two young daughters.
Michael grew up in Liberty, Texas and moved to Bridge City in 2003 when he and Erin were married. He was attending a small Baptist church in Orange, Texas when he committed to the ministry. Michael was ordained in January of 2005 and shortly after he began to attend Agape Christian Fellowship in Groves, Texas. It was there in 2006 when he discovered God’s call upon his life to go to the nations. He currently serves as the young adult and missions pastor at Agape. Michael has a strong evangelistic heart to reach the lost and takes several trips a year to foreign countries. He is also very involved in community outreach as well as equipping the saints for the work of the ministry.
Erin is from Bridge City, Texas and graduated from Lamar University in May of 2005. She along side of Michael has been involved in student ministry since 2005. She is currently working toward becoming a teacher and desires to share the love of Christ with her students as well as taking short term mission trips to impact the youth of the nations.
